Tomorrow I make my own Turkish-Ramazan Pide style bread

I have no recipe, I have just my instincts. That's what I do, when I feel like creating I just make sure I have basics in kitchen, and I just start creating. I have been making pide style bread for only a few years. The first time..well.....lets just say it was eatable. But every few years I re-create it.
Just want to say how simply tasteful this bread is. I could eat it all day long. I let you know how it goes. Wish me luck.
