Excuse the paper plates, who cares, as long as the food is good.
I was shopping the Market for supplies, found myself smelling the aroma of Turkish food being grilled.
So me and a friend sat down to Turkish Doner Kebabs, fresh vegi's, rice, pita and yogurt sauce.
Mine is the beef/lamb (front) and the other plate was chicken.
This serving is enough for me for 2 days.
In America Doner Kebab is a Grilled Beef Gyro.
Kebab literally means "small pieces."
The doner kebab, or literally "rotating kebab", consists of meat from beef or lamb.
